Dear Diary,
I would like to take this moment to share one of my favorite Twin Peaks moments with you. I have a special fondness in my heart for Chief Gordon Cole. Everytime he graced the screen, I would light up and feel giddy. He has a very tender heart, much like my beloved Cooper. I will now recount this moment with you:

Cole: Shelly, turn around and face me a moment before I lose my nerve. I’m about ready to leave Twin Peaks and I don’t know when I’m going to return. But I want you to know meeting you has been more than a privilege; it’s touched my heart. And I know that if I don’t kiss you now I’m going to regret it the rest of my days.

....Gordon steals a kiss with Shelly...

Bobby: Hey!! What the hell is going on??

Cole: You are witnessing a front three quarter view of two adults sharing a tender moment. Acts like he’s never seen a kiss before.

Cooper: Ah, Gordon...

Cole: Take another look, sonny, it’s gonna happen again!

...Shelly gets excited look on her face and kisses Gordon square on the mouth....

I just thought I would share this with you diary. It will continue to be one of my very favorites and one my rewind button never fails to miss. Your faithful writer,
