Twin Peaks Brewing Co. Fully Perked (Eve's Diary / Harold Smith's Entry)

April 29, 1998

Dear Diary,
This is the first entry into my diary and I'm not sure what I should say. My therapist thought that it would be a good idea to keep a journal, not only as a mode of therapy, but to release some of my fears, hopes, dreams...if I have any.
My name is Harold. I'm in my 30's. A college graduate and recluse, a typical bookworm with books scattered throughout my house. I usually read 3 or 4 books at a time. Some fiction, non fiction, poetry and an occasional play. I don't really have a favorite, but right now I am reading The Age of Innocence for the 3rd time. Madame Walenska is my favorite character, she reminds me so much of Isabella and our time together. The anxiety attacks started again today. I was doing okay until last night and I'm not sure what started them again. As if the depression wasn't bad enough. I hope that Beth calls tonight! I've never met her but she has such a lovely voice. I hope one day to meet her in person, if I can ever get the nerve. She is very understanding and patient with me. Someone is knocking on the door. I'll see who it is when they leave...I may write some more later if I get bored.
